Hey all.
I am trying to help my mother with her laptop. She is having two separate issues:
1) Color THEME for her HOME page isn't showing up on it, but it will show up elsewhere, ie my computer, her work computer etc
1.a. FYI I had her try www.purple.com and its coming up white..

2) She is having issues with being able to view entire web sites( only certain ones). There are MISSING icons and buttons.

It is an older computer. Dell Inspiron 1500. It has 512ram( I know..)

What browser is she using?She is using IE 8
I loaded Firefox on it and the same thing is happening as well.

Thanks for reply)Does this only happen with the internet or does this issue come up in other applications?Only with InternetWhat's been changed since it did work properly?She uses Myway for email and HOMEPAGE. When Myway upgraded their email is when this started.
Keep in mind, it is happening on other web sites as well. I tried different ones and while its only a few, unfortunately those are the ones she needs. Its her email, her health INSURANCE site and her school site.
