Solve : Moniter loses signal?

Two 80mm fans - One in rear and one on side panel.1) Boot the computer in SAFE mode.
2) Open the 'Device Manager'.
3) Double click on the Display Adapter icon.
4) Highlight the current VGA DRIVER & select 'remove'.
5) Select 'Standard VGA' as display driver.
6) Click OK and close.
7) Shutsown the computer.
Boot the computer.
9) GO to 'Add New Hardare' in the control panel.
10) Follow the instructions & install the latest drivers.It's STILL doing the same thing. I give up. I'll just buy new stuff until it works I guess haha.
