i hope someone please help me on this,,

am experiencing a mouse lag(delay) in a game called
gunman chronilces-pretty much like half life-am using windows millineum...i tried to solve the problem by swiching the vedio mode to "OpenGL" and things seemed to work fine,however,the game always hangs after some time...so i had to swich back to D3D ...but the lag is STILL there which is so much annoying...am using a standard mouse and my system specs are:

nvidia riva tnt2 128
256 mb of RAM
creative soundblaster audio PCI
800 Mhz intel pentium III
windos millineum


if you know how to solve it,please tell me...

thxFirst, what are the requirements for the game? Does your computer meet those requirements? Also, do you have any programs running while the game is being played like instant messaging programs, etc.?

[glb]Flame[/glb]Flame,the game actually doesn't require a very effecient
PC...a 16mb vedio card , 128 mb ram and a 400 Mhz intel pentium III willl make the game run like *censored*...so my system specs are definitely above even recommended....the game is an old one BTW....secondly,
i have nothing checked in msconfig STARTUP EXCEPT system tray...so nothing else is running...
