Solve : mpInternet Explorer stops and restarts?

Every time I log onto my pc, it seems as though I have to restart the computer almost 95 percent of the time and it's annoying and I don't know why. Can someone tell me and PERHAPS give me some advice onto how and where I can fix this issue without changing my SETTINGS? I have looked and performed the action on Microsoft Help and Support for this but it's obvious that it didn't work because I am here now.
