Answer» Every time I try to start Outlook Express 6 I receive an error message stating
"Outlook Express could not start because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded".
I have TRIED reinstalling "Internet Explorer 6 SP1 and internet tools", but after appearing to install properly when prompted to restart the computer, on restart before Win 98SE FINISHES loading I receive a Windows update message stating
"An error has ocurred loading C:\Program files\Outlook Express\MSOE.DLL. The file may not have been installed or is corrupted".

Unfortunately I ENDED up having to romove Outlook Express completely. Haven't bothered reinstalling as I am now using Outlook that comes with OFFICE. Never have problems with Outlook.
