I have a msi X340 and i just bought the sims 3 + 1 EXTENSION. I ran a test to see if my computer could run the game, since it crashed quite often. Everything was fine except the CPU speed requirement and the CPU. I have windows 7.
Since my computer is rather new, i wanted to know if the pb came from my computer or not.
   
CPU
Minimum: (XP) 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent; (Vista/7) 2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent [If built-in graphics chipsets then 2.6 GHz Pentium D CPU, or 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent.]

I have: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Solo CPU U3500 1.40GHz

CPU Speed

That's the FULL system requirements... Your CPU seems to be lacking.

Plus we have NO information on the rest of your system. You have a Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 / 1.4 GHz in that machine.

Which, as the requirements say...is under minimum.

In my experience, having under minimum specs will not actually crash a game, however, just run it very slow.Thank you for your answers!

What other info on my system do you need?
