I don't use Chtrome but someone will be along shortly...I did try the first suggestion but there are two accounts so when it remembers one password and you are logged on the other account when you go to e mail you get the other persons. I went to where you set the DEFAULTS for Google Chrome and it said all defaults are being used for GC that can be. I know that there is a simple solution I just cant figure it out.Quote from: patio on July 13, 2010, 07:23:10 PM What ? ?patio? This is exactly what they are talking about. How can I change this to take me directly to my inbox like it used to with Internet Explorer? The underlined part...is this in Chrome or IE? This is in ChromeWhen the Live login-in page opens, you need to click the "Remember me" and the "Remember my password" checkboxes to make sure you don't have to log in every time. The reason is because MSN Messenger and IE are both made by Microsoft and they are being awkward about you changing to someone else's product.I have tried this and it only works if I only have one account . but I have two and when I log on to one it brings up the others e mail when I click on so maybe there is no way to do it.Then what you need to do is repeat the procedure for both accounts and create seperate shortcuts/bookmarks to each... You should give them distinctive names so you lnow which is which...That doesn't work it just keeps taking me to the sign up page of the last one logged in no matter what bookmark I use.Quote What ? ?are two of you fighting or what. MSN, HOTMAIL, LIVE.COM, all is owned by one company is not as if he's taking it personal, he has made his point clear "and click the tick box stating "remember my password"". @ poster, dont you think the browser will be confused on which account to login after ticking remember my password on two different account? So my post was in actual fact correct @poster: You can't have both accounts take you directly to the email inbox, but... if you have 1 email account hooked up to the internet interface and ANOTHER to the "Windows Live Mail" (Found free on LIVE.com) You may solve your problems. Otherwise I don't think that there is any way to do that. |
