Answer» i appologize,i am new to this & am not very computer savy.downloaded game wonderland, download went fine but when trying to start game receive above mssg.-can not create 3d scene. downloaded latest directx,checked drivers,& ran dxdiag. no problems found but does state 3d functionality unavailable. checked everywhere i can think but can't find what video card I have. imfo i do have is, my system is DELL dim.2400intelr pentium r 4 cpu 280ghz 256mb ram windowsxp home-sp2 game REQUIREMENTS are; 3dvideo card,windows,64mb i do have pid # if that will help in figuring out my video card, also is there any way one could accidently erase/uninstall video card? tried all trouble shooters, windows won't help as softwear INSTALLED by dell, dell won't help without charging, any help would be appreciated, pls. remember I need easy to follow instruct.pls. note went thru most postings but never saw any with this error message.thx. for any poss. helpWell go to System Information search for it to find out your spec ( I think your computer has it but i naver use your kind of PC before ) And one thing your computer will probably will not support the gamethat's where I got the specs i put in notice(in system) no ref to video card. also i have downloade game before & played it without problem. that is why i wonder if i could have inadvertently done something myselfI am sure System Restore has more info than that anyway I think when it say cannot create 3d scene, you problably download the file but is corrupt So is not your PC is the file Try to fix the file by using some application Or redownload and reinstall it And any MEMBERS here has any solution FLAME my main manQuote checked drivers Quote 3d functionality unavailable Quote can't find what video card I have Use Everest to find out what card you have. This could be an onboard Intel Extreme graphics chip that doesn't support 3D, rather than being a "real" ADD on video card that many games require.OH that teaches me sometinghi, its manta again, service tag #is 5shfk51, sorry didn't get back sooner

I think when it say cannot create 3d scene, you problably download the file but is corrupt
So is not your PC is the file
Try to fix the file by using some application
Or redownload and reinstall it
And any MEMBERS here has any solution
