I'm new here and I tried searching the forums but, despite the embarrassing number of ours I spend on my computer, I'm not too familiar with it or searching forums
Anyway, I have a friend that is coming to visit me for a month and we are looking for games that we can play together. I remember playing Diablo somewhere at... somepoint in time and the computers had been networked together so we could be in the same room playing.
I'm looking for SOMETHING like that, and I really hope that I have all the info right... uhm, hopefully fantasy/rp kind of games where we won't need access to the internet. Also, the game needs to be compatible with vista, but hopefully XP as well.
Sorry if this has been posted anywhere before, I tried to search the forums but came up with nothing.

YES! That is a great game. I think better than the quake 3 demo! Forgot about that actually.You could also check out the Old WARCRAFT games (the REAL WARCRAFT trilogy). Warcraft I, II, and III are always a good choice and it doesn't require and I-net connection.
