Solve : My computer stops during games, and BSOD! HELP!?

Answer»

Ok just to be absolutely crystal clear about the ATI directory.
What is the name of the folder or file that I am going to click open or choose for the driver to be updated when browsing with the sub folder checked etc.?

I just double clicked the ATI folder. Maybe that is wrong?
Because I chose that, and it said I already had the drivers updated. When you first run the driver update it all extracts into a folder - temporary installation directory.
The ATI directory is the temporary installation directory from the beginning (not where it installed to).
You want to select that folder (not inside) and have the 'include SUBFOLDERS' checked.

If it says drivers are already up-to-date, it might be already correctly installed or it just couldn't find anything newer.I did check the ATI Audio DEVICE ONE. But it was up to date.
However, I have not experienced any BSOD after I uninstalled everything from ATI, including catalyst control center, and only reinstalled the drivers alone!
Maybe it is fixed? If you can benchmark / stablility test your system to ensure (graphic card and memory). Hopefully it's fixed!its not fixed. I GOT more BSODS.

a GUY from the computertechforums told me my BSODS may be related to ESET. I uninstalled it, and I still get BSODS.

then he thought maybe it was a fil called spus.sys. He said I should scan it on the web with some malware thing. But I cant find the file on my pc lol.
