Solve : My computer won't display certain webpages?

Answer»
You have 'Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U19' maybe try disabling and install 'Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U20'

That wasn't it. How about in the plugins the fact that there's a ton of different versions of "application/x-java-applet" under Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U19?HM, maybe this will spark some new ideas: washingtonpost.com will work, but washingtonpost.com articles will not.I'd be surprised if it has ANYTHING to do with the problem, but I've got to ask. Did you have the same problem with Comcast?I didn't, but I don't think that's the problem because other computers on my LAN with Verizon don't have any problems.

I'm starting to think it's a virus; one virus scanner I just used said my explorer.exe is infected, so I might try a repair install.According to me this type of problem is basically occurred due to the BROWSER issue. There might be some problem in your internet browser which doesn't allow it to load certain pages. To get rid over this type issue, for that you will NEED to reinstall your internet browser. I also had same problem and I also used this solution to resolve it.
Like I said before, the pages didn't load across any browser, so that wasn't the problem. A virus scan fixed it, albeit temporarily. You're infected...
