When my modem failed I couldn't find any retail modem that worked with AT&T (Bellsouth) I think it MAY vary with whatever REGION you are in. They will replace a dead modem for free though(may have to use Patio's tactic).It LOOKS like this issue has been resolved but I just wanted to point this out in case ANYONE else with a similar issue happens upon this thread at a later time. |
