Solve : "Need for Speed World has Stopped Working" Error?

In the past I have downloaded need for SPEED world. but i got this  need for speed has stopped WORKING error. so i gave up.
then today i decided to try again. i tryed it on windows VISTA. but got same error. bummer 
then I tryed it on windows 7. Still same error.
other PEOPLE are having issues like me. but not all.
whats wrong. please help !
