When I play NFSMW the game runs wierd. The FPS are high enough (30ish) but the game sorta slows down then speeds up, its LIKE smooth lagging or something. I have a dual-core CPU, I have tried right clicking on speed.exe in task manager, set affinity, and uncheck CPU1. That helped, but it still does it. My specs:

Windows Vista Home Premium
1GB RAM
nVidia GeForce 6150 SE
