Solve : NFS Prostreet Patch Problem?

Hi I downloaded the NFS Prostreet Lithuim Energizer patch from the oficial NFS website. Evertime after I instal the patch I can go into the game, the normal videos and main menu appear, but when I try to go into career or race day and such things, the game crashes.

Also I downloaded a similar LOOKING patch from another website that alows you to LAN with friends on a NETWORK. It has a similar size of about 228 mb, it instals with the same looking window and GUESS what? It creates the exact same PROBLEM. Can anyone help me please!
