Have you tried reinstalling it?

Never come across this problem myself.was the game buyed or downloaded
if buyed contact the vendor or if ur frnd had buyed anothr try his game

if downloaded was it ripped
or U downloaded the iso

no, if downloaded, .I had this problem before, if I remember right you should update the game to latest version and update your graphic card. Do that and tell me if it did fix the problem.
