Solve : No buffer space available?

1.	Solve : No buffer space available?
Answer» Strangely, while I am on IRC, when I open the browser and type the ADDRESS I get the following: No buffer space available. And it crashes instantly. Same happens when I try to change the SERVER I am on while on IRC. Wazza problem? I also TRIED to go on safe mode, but when I try to navigate and go to safe mode the keyboard crashes. Many others on IRC told me that this appeared as a (Ping Timeout). Also, when that happens I can never go back on IRC or change the server and stuff.Which operating system are you USING, and does it have the latest service pack?Running Windows XP with Service Pack 2. 8-)
