Solve : No selecting new homepage in FireFox?

FireFox 3.6.15

Homepage is set and cannot change to anything other. I notice that under TOOLS PULLDOWN menu, OPTIONS is missing.
Would like iGoogle as homepage.

JohnNeva' mind.... it is EDIT>PREFERENCES>GENERAL>STARTUP. I now have 3 pages OPEN on startup.
