Solve : Norton antivirus...?

so ive done something to my INTERNET, i just cant CONNECT to it. i know its something to do with NORTON because when i disconnect from it i can get onto the internet.

i have no idea what ive done, or how to FIX it! plaese help otherwise im just going to have to uninstall it (if i do that can i re-install it?!)

THANKS!!If you uninstall, you can certainly reinstall... Also, this is probably just some corrupted files in Norton....
