Unfortunately, our game forum is generally barren, so it can be a bit hard to find answers here sometimes. And because I don't have any solutions, all I can do is suggest trying the official WoW support forum. Just give them as much info as you can and hope for the best. Good luck. If you come up with a solution, LET us know so it's here for future reference.If your looking along the lines of a trial you can get one at blizzards website.
