Answer» I have Windows XP (service pack 3), Internet Explorer 7 and Outlook Express 6, I install all updates on a regular SCHEDULE. When I create a new e-mail and hit the SEND or SPELL button, a DIALOG box OPENS up stating that the feature I am looking for is LOCATED on the "Microsoft Digital Imaging Editor" INSTALLATION CD. |
