Solve : Outlook express password?

I realise this mustr seem a bit feeble but I need to change my password in outlook EXPRESS but I cannot figure out how!

You will gather I'm no EXPERT!!!

I've looked at the help screen but it refers to "main identity" or something which means nothing to me.
