Answer» Okay this is getting really annoying. I have XP, on a laptop running firefox(latest) and everytime I visit a webpage, it acts like its loading, but if I leave it it never loads. But...if I hit f5 a whole bunch, or Alt-D then Enter a couple of times it finally loads. Ad when it does LOAD, it's fast. But everytime I first visit ANY page it just doesnt load. And sometimes after pages have already loaded, the loading circle in the firefox "tab" still "loads". It's really wierd and annoying. I have high speed internet and my PC never used to do this until recently. I did have google chrome before and it started doing this, so I switched back to firefox because I thought it was the browser. But its still doing it with firefox!! Please help, its so frustrating!!What happens with IE? And you SAID this started recently. What happened just before the problem arose (new hw, sw, virus, error, etc)?Uninstall Chrome... Re-boot. It sounds to me like your SYSTEM may still be infected.Buut,, its not. I've done scans with AVG and MBAM. So... well I guess it could still be but I'm sure it's not because there are no other symptoms.And you may be right. But for now none of us have any other explanation, so why not post a hijack this log in the malware section of this forum just to be 100% certain?Yea, okay.. ill do that
