This has only happened recently, and I don't think I have made any CHANGES on my computer.Does you desktop look normal?Yes, everything on my desktop LOOKS normal. When I view pictures stored on my computer they look normal; however, if I upload them to a webpage they appear blurry along with any other pictures online.ok in the start/run box type this>>>rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance

Do you have MSN Accelerator?:(I am also having the same problem and would really like some help. I have MSN... MSN Accelerator. I have Windows XP. My pictures from my digital camera are fine, but pictures on the interenet are blurry. I also didn't make any changes to my computer. I tried everything that was suggested , but nothing happened. My refresh rate is 75 hertz. Please help! Thnks!Turn your MSN Acceleration down to 'none'.Well, I tried all of that and nothing seemed to help. I do not have MSN Accelerator. In Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Smart Image Dithering..it was checked. I don't know if it is supposed to be or not, but I unchecked it and nothing happened.Jen, have you installed any plugin/helper type things to your browser? What little I've seen of MSN Accelerator, it seems to increse browsing speed by sacrificing image quality. That, to me, sounds exactly like your problem. Could you have installed a similar thing, maybe without realising it? What browser do you have? Re-tick dithering.Well, the only thing I can think of is PeoplePC accelerator; however, I disabled it and nothing changed. The only other thing that I have is Google Toolbar, which doesn't really do much. Hmm, I guess I will look around and TRY to find anything new on my browser.I have Internet Explorer 6.Try disableing PeoplePC, then empty your browser cache, then check the net pictures again. You may have been viewing pictures from your cache. What is a browser cache?Oh, never mind, that was a stupid question. I figured it out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Everything is back to normal again. Thanks for all your help; I really appreciate it.
