Answer» I have a problem with my computer. I am unable to access internet explorer on my computer. It simply appears and disappears WITHIN a second. However, the other 2 users on the computer have access to explorer. I noticed that when they are online, there is not a header or footer displayed on IE. It is simply BLANK. ALSO, the other users are unable to upload any ATTACHMENTS to e-mail. Normally on the yahoo page, there is a tab that says (attach file) and only a small portion of that tab appears. The other users also are unable to download anything as well. I have had some people tell me that the problem lies in my internet options. I got to my control pannel and hit internet and network connection. However, the icon for internet options is now missing! Please help Nicholas
