Answer» ::)When I try to change my font when writing an e mail I get the following error message
On the bar it says Microsoft Internet Explorer
then the message READS "an error has occurred in this dialog,error 501 permission denied"
So there is no WAY I can change my font size,color ect.
Is there a SOLUTION out there :Pkeeping my fingers crosses!
CrystallegI'm assuming your doing this through an ONLINE webmail program. The 501 error code is a permission denied sent by the webmail program. Unfortunately there is nothing you personally can do about it other than report this error to the ISP or company in charge of the webmail program.
If you've been able to do this in the past I'd bet it's just a temporary issue and will be resolved in a day or so.many thanks for the reply.but I am not using webmail............. What are you using for e-mail?If Outlook Express, try here:
