Answer» hi, i'm having problems connecting to the internet; i've correctly loaded my isp software;but i get the message " the ppp is currntly disabled" So I've gone to net connections;in this only the "LAN or HIGH speed CONNECTION" is listed , not my isps "speed touch".; i've TRIED to set up a new CONECTION (using setup wizard) but it doesnt show up , still i get "the ppp is currntly disabled". I've conected/disconected my broadband modem into the computer,still the problem. A problem seems to be stopping me connecting the ppp and therefore it wont recongise the broadband modem. Any help would be great thanks russObtain instructions from your ISP on how to configure your modem. Installing software and running wizards will not do.
