Answer» After I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled XP and my other programs I FOUND that IE and Firefox windows scroll 3 lines at a TIME which resembles a ripple effect RATHER than a sheet of PAPER moving up and down. Sc rolling is extremely slow with the cursor on the up and down arrows. Can you help me?You want it to scroll less lines at a time? Go to Control Panel, then Mouse. Then choose Wheel, and choose the amount of lines you want to scroll from there. Hope this HELPS.
