Solve : Problem with cookies on all browsers?

Hi All,

New to this forum so apologies if I do this wrong! I CURRENTLY use IE and Safari (Safari more often). Just yesterday, all of the SUDDEN, both browsers stop me from going to certain sites and saying that cookies must be enabled but they are! I haven't downloaded any new programs or files or anything.

What could be the issue and how might I FIX this problem?

Thanks in ADVANCE!How are your security settings set? Also what websites are you trying to view?
