Answer» I've been having issues with video playback on my computer. I first started noticing it on streaming video but now it happens on sites like Youtube as well. When I'm watching videos, the picture will PAUSE for a SPLIT seconds every few seconds. The audio keeps playing but the video skips. I TRIED deleting cookies from Firefox(my browser) and it didn't work. I also tried openingvideos in Chrome and it had the same problem. Any ideas how to solve this? So you're talking about a browser issue, not when you are playing video through an app - is that correct?I've only noticed it happening with video in WEB browsers but it happens with multiple browsers so I don't know.I've noticed that this problem is now happening with videos I have OFFLINE. Not sure it's a browser issue any more.
