Answer» Hi we have a Acer aspire x3450 and we have had it a week we bought it from new and it has never worked properly we cannot access some websites it either just continues to load or says the connection was RESET but I use a laptop on the same network with no problems at all , it also does'nt seem to download THINGS properly and takes ages to do anything. I have tried turning the FIREWALL and anti virus off but no better please HELP us Return it immediately under warranty...Hey Mitykat... Since your laptop is in warranty period, you can get it checked to see what is the root cause for your problem. If you think that the ISSUE can be resolved permanently by the technician, then you should go ahead and get it resolved. If you have a doubt about it, better get it replaced to save yourself from any further trouble after the expiration of warranty. Good Luck..!!
