Could you tell us what you did to fix it? It's always good to know in case SOMEONE with a SIMILAR problem comes along.
Well, I Restart My ROUTER for about 1/2 hour then erase all the cookies for both Browsers (IE & FireFox). I tried to access the website and it was available.
