Answer» ANYONE know of a good PROXY program for a Windows XP Pro SP2 system or how to turn a Windows XP Pro SP2 system into a Proxy??? I have a friend who is stuck with dial up and would like to have a Proxy to CACHE his frequently visited/to be visited websites, so that connection to those sites is just as fast as broadband over his local network, since it is DOWNLOADED automatic to the system running as a Proxy, and the proxy is always updating the frequent web sites at the dial up speed of 33 to 50k. Thanks!Proximitron... This will not neccessarily speed up his browsing HOWEVER...
