Answer» I know the command and everything but its saing that it isnt one. PS1 = '[\U @ \h \W]'it should give me the user, host and the pc name right?never mind its too late. I just ened up taking my test.It would depend on which shell you were using... sh, bash, csh, KSH, tcsh, zsh, ETC., etc., etc.oh, It was a bash shell and I didnt have PS1. I had ps1 big DIFFERNECE
