Solve : reg: IE8 problem?

hello all,

   am getting this message after installation when i tried to start IE8 "the ordinal 650 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll" ......  ( is this  with IE8 regestry is missing ....?)

   anyone knows this PLZ help me .....What is the OS? If not Windows 7, UNINSTALL IE 8 and then DOWNLOAD and reinstall IE8.am using windows XP SP3... okay, i will try and GET back to u
