Hi

1)Ihave READ that SEARCH engine like google uses spider or crawler to search database
and in that case, is the spider itself verifies the content of the site and rank it accordingly?

2)in yahoo directories  are sites ranked by human being?

So in this condition most people should LOOK for directories
for getting reliable INFORMATION about various sites ( specially business sites)
