Solve : Saving .docx files to Dropbox from MSWord?

I USE Firefox and Mojave on my MacBook Pro and I want an EASY way to save .docx files to my Dropbox while I am working in Word. When I am in Word, the Menu BAR with a working Dropbox icon is not available. I can get a Dropbox icon to sit in my Dock, but clicking it GETS no response. ADVICE, please.
