does anyone know any ways to get around the schools web page blocking program. they have disables all the proxies. they are USING Web-Sence and it blocks the goodle image search. if anyone has and IDEAS could u please let me knowWell, TELLING you how to hack your school's system is not something I will do, but... [glb]Flame[/glb]im not at school right now but if i remember correctly it says innapropriate search site or something. the only effective way to get around it is to ping sites in cmd.exe but it only works once in a while.I block all the systems in the plant through the registry.  I PRESET the proxy to 10.0.0.1:5555 then disallow changing the proxy then I block the access to the registry.Web-sence is pretty badass...we use it. Everyone gets around it using proxy websites though, no hacking necessary.joleen can u show me or tell me how to do that.'fraid not skater.  Based on your original post I wouldn't want to give up info that might allow you to get by the school lockout.  All the info is online though if you just Google it.i found a site to the info u provided with befor but it turns out they blocked access to the registry edit. soo i guess all i have to do is find a way around that.

heres the site i found ----> http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1288/You win one free internet for finding that link.  That's the exact hack I did here but it seems the school has also done what I did by blocking access to the registry.No school is actually going to let you access the registry, were you seriously thinking you would be able to without some serious work. You can try this trick, but you'll need an INCREDIBLE amount of fortitude, ask someone as an admin to log on when they log off unplug the network cable and then reboot the comp and sometimes you can possibly auto logon as the admin, but I wouldn't recomend this for obvious reasons.
