Dunno why, but in every web browser (firefox/opera) when I try to scroll down, it's not smooth. It goes like steps, not a continuous motion. What MOUSE are you using? aka make and model
Logitech MX310 optical mouse, I've been using it for a while now and this problem only occured in the web/only started to happen yesturday. there is a smooth scroll option.... where it is i am not SURE.well google dosent seem to like me at the moment , was there any software with the mouse or is it just plug and PLAY , because i would check your settings very well , i had a scrolling problem with my mouse but because its wireless it came with software and a setting options when i can adjust the buttons to my likeing i would really look hard in your settings , im sure there will be something in there to help you sometimes even trouble shooting helps on the mouse its self.http://www.instructables.com/id/E3WT1T6VLLEQ2W3ME3/?ALLSTEPS

But this just gets rid of the mouse part of the scroll click... Which drives me insane i take the spring out of all of mine.Well I don't think it's the problem with the mouse itself since I can scroll up and down in msn fine.yah i figured but its always FUN to rip stuff APART anyways
