Well, that only works on some games and some programs. For well-designed programs, you might not see it. Let us know what the company tells you.

The company EMAILED a new serial # and the game is up and running. My son will be thrilled! It was a new game when I bought it from Best Buy. I believe registering it from the begining helps verify the authenticity of ownership. I would highly reccomend EA games since their support is fast and very professional.Did they give any EXPLANATION?No explaination. But, I did ask what they thought the problem could have been.
