Solve : Silent Runners...Not Sure What to do next? |
Answer» Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to help me. I will start by saying that I am not very computer literate. I can get around ok, but not great. I have been unable to access secured cites. I have read through MANY of the topics and downloaded Registrar and Silent Runners. When I ran silent runners, it created an icon on my desktop that says Startup Programs. I have been unable to access secured cites. Do you get any messages when this happens?Yes, I do get a message. For example, I can get into the main screen of my credit card companies and banks, but I can't get into the screen where I enter my name and password to access my accounts. The screen that comes up is pasted below. I have tried to adjust my browser settings following some directions I found on this website from people having the same problem. I have also tried the resfresh button and followed the directions at the end of the error message about the security setting. I know it is not just the websites being down either because I can still access my accounts from my work computer. Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have for me.
