Solve : Sim City 4 downloaded buildings don't show?

1.	Solve : Sim City 4 downloaded buildings don't show?
Answer» I have a kind of STRANGE problem with Sim City. I downloaded a few buildings (a big HOSPITAL and police station), and when I put them in the game, they SHOW up as wrapped boxes that look like gifts. They never open even though I waited a few months (in game time). Any IDEAS on how to make them look like actual buildings?maybe thats how the buildings are supposed to look like :p
