Solve : SimCity 4 Railway Add on Mod, can't find download?

I have searched Simtropolis and haven't been able to FIND the Railway Add on mod for SimCity. I have been to sc4devotion.com but I can't figure out how to download since there isn't a button or LINK to PUSH to download. I am a registered user for both sites, so that isn't a problem. Anybody know where I can find it?I GOT it! Thanks to all who looked!
