Answer» i'm not exactly sure where to put this question. we just added a harddrive to our COMPUTER. we moved all our information from the old hard drive (which still is in the comptuer and has the same information) to the new one- cause it has more disk space. i than installed sims 2. i had not had it on my computer before cause i didn't have enough disk space. it installs fine, but when i try to play it tells me that there is no direct x9.0c on my computer. i have checked to make sure t hat there is, i have even gone through the control panel and made sure it is all working properly and it says it is. even the 3d GRAPHICS pass all tests. does anyone have any idea what the problem could be or where i could go to figure it out?Run dxdiag to be sure 9.0c is installed.
