Answer» I have a refurbished Toshiba SATELLITE A500 laptop, windows 7, Intel CORE 2 duo CPU 2.13Ghz 4 GB RAM NVIDIA Ge Force 230m Direct X 11 all drivers are updated I've installed Sims 3 and have more than the minimum required specs, first time I played it after 30 mins my laptop restarted, and now everytime I play it after 5 mins my laptop restarts, I only have this problem when I play sims 3, I've only had the laptop for a few weeks and have cleaned out all the dust from the fans & always play it on a flat surface (my DESK), why does it keep crashing/restarting??
