Wait for the sims start menu to come up and click Uninstall. Make sure you uninstall everything, including the saved games and everything. After uninstall, reboot and then install the game again.or you might wanna just have autorun on and put the cd in if it isn't already. unless un-installing doesn't BOTHER you
