Answer» I need some help or advise... my mum has just hooked up to the net but for some reason her connection is really slow.. I did a bandwidth test and it came up as 5-7kbps when DOWNLOADING and when surfing it is 15-17kbps.. she has a 56K modem.. any ideas OS. winxpDial-up I'm guessing...
