Answer» I was trying to launch a launcher to help get mods on a game when I tried to OPEN it it said "Application Load Error 5:0000065434" and when I tried a different way it said "The PROGRAM can't start because steam.api.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I REINSTALLED it but same thing! Please help! Did you reinstall steam? or the game?hey buddy I THINK there have no any problem I think you have the problem in your bios I think the problem can be occurred in the OS and virus can also make this kinds of situation thank you very muchObviously you can ignore the above post.
