Answer» Not really sure it's from IE9 with my Vista HOME PREMIUM but I constantly get this pop up asking if I want to allow a one time, always, or not at all page linked to this website. Alternatevely please be more clear.The pop up is a banner at the bottom of the screen. It OCCURS when I'm on a webpage and click on a link. It's a safety thing like something from a firewall. MAYBE I can open task mgr the next time I SEE it and look for more ID
