Solve : Temp internet folder?

I have 33 coolies and files in my Temp internet folder tha I cannot Delete. I can delete everything else in that folder but the 33 files wont delete.
JJTry to delete them in SAFE mode.These files are normally read only files but they can be deleted by using any GOOD file shredder utility out there

Where in OS would I find the program and hoe would I use it?Just download and run ccleaner to delete all cookies you choose (and if you WANT EVERYTHING in the folder deleted, be sure to delete the index.dat file.
